Registration Fees

Registration fee for Delegates (Senior, Students, Industry) includes: admission to the scientific program, conference material, coffee breaks, lunches-dinners according to the program, welcome cocktail.

Registration fee for accompanying persons and exhibitors includes: coffee breaks, lunches-dinners according to the program, welcome cocktail.

Registration Cancellation Terms

Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to congress secretariat: info@era.gr.

• For cancellations received up to and including March 30th, 2026: Full refund minus €25,00 as administrative fee.
• For cancellations received up to and including June 15th, 2026: 50% refund minus €25,00 as administrative fee.
• For cancellations received June 15th, 2026 and onwards: No refund will be possible.
• Registration name changes will be possible up until June 15th, 2026.
• All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
