Accommodation Cancellation & Payment Terms

• You may reserve your accommodation by completing the online registration form
• Kindly make sure you reserve your accommodation in due time as the blocked rooms are limited and subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Breakfast is included in room prices.
• Prices do not include the accommodation environmental tax (€15,00 per night for 5 star hotels & €10,00 per night for 4 star hotel).
• Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to congress secretariat: info@era.gr
• Full refund for cancellation requests received until 30 May 2026.
• For cancellation requests received on and after 1 June 2026, no refund will be given.
• Any outstanding payment should be settled by June 1st, 2026. Not settled reservations will be cancelled without any further warning.
• All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
• In case of early departure, for any reason, full charge is applicable.
